TERMS OF BOOKING

In order to avoid any misunderstanding we kindly request you to carefully read our generals conditions.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

As soon as we receive your request we contact our differents partners to check availibilities we will send you an offer in within 72 hours with detailled estimate, if you agree return the mail for confirmation.

At the same time you will be required to send a deposit or the total amount. After reception of your deposit you will receive the

confirmation of your booking by e-mail.After full payment of your booking you will receive by mail a confirmation which will be your voucher please do not forget to print it and take it with you during your entire stay.
 

Payment

Your booking will be confirm after reception of your deposit or the full amount .

For booking over 30 days before the arrival a deposit if 25% must be made and balance of the total amount must be done 30 days before the departure day.

For booking up to 30days  full payment of the total cost must be made.

Visa paypal (secured payment) or bank transfer  please if you pay trough the bank send us the receipt by fax 00302292039220

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation up to 30days prior to date of arrival 25% of total amount

Cancellation 30 to 15days prior to date of arrival 50% of total amount

Cancellation 15 to  7 days prior to date of arrival 100% of total amount

No show                                                                100% of total amount

Interruption of stay                                                no refund

 

 

 

INSURANCE

Please notice that our prices doesn’t include any  travel insurance we advice you to seek a private one in case of specials events like accident or diseases before starting your holidays.

 

DISCLAIMER

If during the course of the holidays you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact the hotel manager or service supplier .No complain will accepted if the problem has not be notified during the stay.

For any litigation only the Greek corts are responsible.

We can t  be responsible for any injuries,damages,or loses caused to any client in connection with terrorist activities ,social or labour unrest, climatic conditions, mechanical or constructions failures, diseases, local law.

 

SPECIALS TERMS
AIR BOOKING OR BOAT TICKETS

For any reservation for flight tickets welcome in Greece must follow the international flight regulation. And can not be responsible for any cases of delay, change of airport, no scheduled stop changes of departure time decided by the Airlines.

A extra charge can be asked in case of  increase  of the price of fuel.

We remind you that for most of the companies a reconfirmation of your departure time must be done 72 hours prior to departure day.
Boat tickets.
Cruises may be subject to last minute changes due to unexpected events such as weather conditions,strikes,or last minute adjustement to scheduled sailings.

Crossing may be by ferry or hydrofoil and any duration of crossing mentioned is purely indicative.
For air tickets or boat tickets ful payment must be done by the time of the booking.

 

HOTELS

All rooms are available from 02h00 pm and must be left at 12h00 am the departure day

The full pension include: breakfast, lunch, dinner.

The half pension include: breakfast and lunch or dinner
Excursions:

Prices are valid up to the 31th mar2006

We act only as agents for the hotels ,steamships companies, railroads, airlines, motorcoach companies or owner and contractors or other services, and all coupons exchange orders ,receipts, contracts and tickets are issued subject to any and all tariffs ,terms and others conditions under which any accommodations ,transportation or any services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, steamships companies , railroads, airlines or owners or contractors and insurance and acceptance of any such coupons, exchange orders, receipts contracts and tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions.

We shall not be  or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damge to persons ,property,or other in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectlyfrom acts of God ,dangers, incident to the Sea , fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment,acts of governments.de jure or de facto ,wars whether  declared or not, strikes, riots, customs regulations, delays or cancellation or  change of itinerary or schedules.

We shall not b or become responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained by the purchase as a result of foregoing causes.
