this  family owned small hotel apartment complex opened in 1996. This family committed itself to an environmental policy, aiming to alleviate the negative effects of human activity in its small corner of our planet .
  
Location :
 the village Sykia (Xylokastro) is situated on the northern coast of Peloponnese, 117 km from Athens and 90km from the port of Patras.
Around the hotel: the beach, where you can go swimming or sunbathing, and the pine forest Pekias,
where you can go jogging lie less than 30 meters away from the hotel, access to the beach is free. it is made up of small pebbles and is of normal depth .
 At Xylokastro you will find a wide choice of tavernas, bars, super market as well as two open air cinemas, a spa, a tennis club. Taking the path opposite to the hotel you enter Sykia, a small and picturesque village with a few sea front tavernas.

Description: 
 the hotel apartment is composed of three floors and one mezzanine. There is an elevator to the first, second and third floors.
On the ground floor is the reception area and the comfortable living and breakfast room. Amenities in the reception include two comfortable sofas and a coffee table a small library, a guest dedicated computer with internet access, a indoor playground for children. Amenities in the living and breakfast room include four comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a cafeteria bar, a fire place, a piano and a big collection of games. The breakfast room is open out into the garden.
The apartments Mimosa, Jasmine are also on the ground floor, on the mezzanine is Iris, first floor dahlia, Glycine, Azalea, Amaryllis, on the second floor Narcisse, Zinnia, hibiscus

on the third floor is the hotel's roof garden amenities here include chairs, a sofa and a shower.

with table and four chairs, accommodates 4 persons.
